When will my order arrive?

Delivery to USA (Mainland):
All US orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days.
Orders to the US are shipped using 4-8 day USPS / DHL Ground Parcel. 

During peak periods dispatch delays may occur.
Shipping times are estimates only. Once your parcel has shipped it becomes the responsibility of the courier service.

Delivery to Canada:
Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days and generally arrive between 7-14 business days from dispatch.
Orders to Canada are shipped using the most suitable destination-based option (road or air freight) with various carriers.

During peak periods dispatch delays may occur.
Shipping times are estimates only. Once your parcel has shipped it becomes the responsibility of the courier service.

Where do you ship from?

Orders for US and Canadian destinations ship locally from Utah.
Please note: Canadian orders may be subject to import duties. See below.

Do you offer Express Shipping?

Currently there is no Express Shipping option for US or Canadian Makedo orders.

How will we know when our order has been dispatched?

We will send you a shipping confirmation email when your order has shipped from our warehouse.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order dispatches, we will email you a tracking number.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes, we can ship to valid PO Box and military addresses.

Canadian Orders: Will there be any import taxes/customs duties?

This really depends on the value of your order and the policy of your local Customs authority. You may be liable for any or all of the following taxes: customs duty, excise duty and import duty. All customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Your local post office can give you advice regarding international online purchases. The HS Code for Makedo is 9503.00.0073. 

Alternatively review the relevant information from the Canada Border Services Agency.

Will my credit card payment incur additional fees or charges?

You will be charged in USD for your order, with no currency conversion. As Makedo is based in Australia, some banks may apply an International Transaction Fee in addition to the value of your order (usually 1-3% of the invoice total). NOTE: To ensure you are not charged an International Transaction Fee, payment can be made using your credit card via the PayPal gateway at checkout. This will incur no additional charges and Guest payments do not require a PayPal account.

It is the recipient's responsibility to ensure that you have a safe, secure location for your package if you are not home at the time of delivery.

Packages left on the doorstep are occasionally stolen after being left by the courier or postal service.

Makedo does not issue automatic refunds or replacements for packages stolen after being marked as Delivered. Our insurance covers items that are still in transit only.

If you have not received your order by the estimated arrival date in your confirmation email, first check with your local postal service to see if they are holding your order. If after this your order cannot be located, please contact our customer support team at: hello@make.do

Store Pickup:
Standard Orders can be collected from Makedo HQ in Abbotsford, Melbourne. Simply choose Pickup (Free) as your shipping method at checkout and follow these few simple steps:

  • Shop at Makedo's Australia store
  • Select Pickup as your delivery method at checkout
  • Wait for your confirmation email, and then come down to collect your order and we'll be there to greet you with a smile.
    Pickup time: 9am-5pm Monday - Thursday. 

* Melbourne Warehouse: Due to delays with our courier partners, please be aware that AU delivery times may extend by up to 4 business days until further notice.

Delivery to New Zealand:
